On Monday, Chemical Engineering Board Exam held on May 2015 was released by PRC. 239 new engineers passed the examination and only 7 passers qualified for the supposed top 10 places.
Here are the names of the 7 toughest examinees headed by Central Philippine University with an average rating of 83.3% followed by University of San Carlos grads with an average rating of 83%.
