A Facebook post about "shooting 28 more birds" has been getting too much attention on social media. The post shared by netizens made them think to undergo circumcision once again.
The said post was made by a facebook user that goes with a name of Niquie C. Delagado, a nursing personnel who went to a free circumcision mission at San Pedro National High School.
