A 4-legged chick from Camarines Sur is being flocked by neighbors of the owner whose name is Rosalina Pana from Buenavista, Municipality of San Fernando.
In the report of ABS-CBN morning news program "Umagang Kay Ganda" aired on May 15, Pana has been offered in exchange of the chick but she refused any monetary value over the 4-legged chick.
