We are all aware that there are lots of unfortunate families living in the Philippines. Those are the families who suffer from poverty. But can you tell us why they are having a family that's a lot bigger than anyone else? Why are they making children whom they can't even take care of?
A Facebook user named AJ Laberinto posted heartbreaking photos of a child lying naked on the stairway of the Manila City Hall underpass without anyone knowing if he's still alive or not.

What makes this photo a lot more heartbreaking is that people are just walking pass this poor child. Everyone is just looking at him and doesn't seem to care.

Is this really how we live now? We just ignore this kind of incidents? What if this child already needed medical attention, yet you chose to ignore him? Where's the humanity you are calling?

Maybe a lot of people are scared to help the little kid because this might be a trap but you should at least checked him. If you're scared enough to check him, then you should've called some officials to help you. But none of them did, they just walk passed this poor little kid.
This photo should serve as a warning to every parent out there to be responsible to the kid that they are raising. This photo will tell you that if you can't afford to raise one, then don't make one!
