The Grand Champion of the trending singing competition in the country, The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 hailed was hailed tonight, March 1, 2014.

The winner of the competition is none other than Jason Dy. His intense and wonderful voice that was showcased throughout the competition was the things that made him win the competition.

He was bursting into tears as he said the words, "Maraming maraming salamat, thank you so much Lord, you are amazing."

The top 2 singers that faced off against each other is the 24 year old, Jason Dy and the Internet singing sensation, Alisah Banaobra.

Jason Dy performed an OPM Classic entitled, "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin" which brought out the emotions and made an intense mark on the hearts of the viewers. While Alisah sang, "All By Myself".

Jason Dy was proclaimed as the winner of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2.
