Typhoon "Ruby" maintained its strength as it moves towards Eastern Samar. Public storm signal number 3 has been raised in 3 areas of Samar. At 5 PM today, the eye of the typhoon was located based on all available data including Virac and Cebu radars at 100 km East of Dolores, Eastern Samar or at 195 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar.
