Typhoon "Ruby" weakens further now traversing Sibuyan Island. At 4 AM today, the eye of the typhoon was located 110 km West Northwest of Masbate City or at 50 km Northeast of Romblon, Romblon and forecast to move West Northwest at 10 kph.
