Some people believe that it is very impossible for pure blood Filipinos to be born with blue eyes, but to everyone's surprise these children from the province of the Philippines were born with blue eyes.
These children don't have foreign blood but for some reasons, they were born with such beautiful blue eyes.
Some people still doesn't believe this phenomenon because they really find this impossible. These children changed the belief of people that if you're a pure blood Filipino, you can't be born with pairs of blue eyes because they were really born with those beautiful blue eyes.
